Eligibility: Donations and memberships are open to individuals, corporates, and institutions in compliance with Indian law. International donations are subject to FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) guidelines.
Donations: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error (see Refund Policy).
Use of Funds: Donations received will be utilized strictly for charitable and developmental activities undertaken by the Foundation.
Content Ownership: All materials (logo, designs, content) on our platforms belong to Young Hearts Foundation and cannot be reproduced without permission.

2. Privacy Policy
We collect personal details (name, phone, email, PAN, etc.) for donation receipts, membership records, and communication.
Financial details (like card/bank information) are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and not stored by the Foundation.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Donation Refunds:
Donations once made are generally non-refundable.
In case of a duplicate payment or technical error, refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment.
Event Registrations/Memberships:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event/program.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
